How pricing works

There's no price list, because no two projects are the same. You describe what you need, I scope it, and you get a quote before any work starts.

Because an AI team handles much of the production work under my direction, quotes typically land at a fraction of agency rates, up to 90% less than the same build cost ten years ago.

What goes into a quote

What it needs to do
Pages and screens, user accounts, payments, bookings, integrations with tools you already use.
What you already have
Existing branding, copy, photos, a current site to migrate, or a blank page.
When you need it
A firm launch date can change how the work is scheduled. Flexible timelines usually cost less.
What happens after launch
Whether you want hosting, monitoring and ongoing changes, or a clean handoff to your own team.

Is this a good fit?

Probably a good fit if

  • You want something designed for your business, not a template with your logo on it
  • You'd rather talk to the person building it than to an account manager
  • You want to own your code and accounts instead of renting software per seat
  • You know what you want it to do, even if the details aren't worked out yet

Probably not a fit if

  • You need a large team on site or in daily meetings
  • You'd prefer to build it yourself in a drag-and-drop builder
  • Your project can't involve AI tools at any stage
