1. Agreement to terms

By accepting a quote from 35 Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

35 Designs provides custom design and development of websites, web applications, online stores and AI integrations, along with hosting and ongoing support. The scope of each project is set out in its written quote.

3. Quotes and payment

Quotes: Every project is priced individually. Your quote describes the scope, price, payment schedule and estimated timeline.

Starting work: Work begins once you accept the quote and any deposit it requires has been paid.

Payment: Invoices are payable as described in your quote.

4. Timeline

Timelines are estimated in your quote and depend on project scope and on receiving feedback and materials promptly.

5. Revisions

Your quote specifies the included revision rounds. Additional rounds or changes outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.

6. Use of AI tools

We use AI tools as part of our design and development process. All work is directed and reviewed by a person before delivery, and you receive the same ownership rights described below.

7. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Supply required content and assets
• Respond to feedback requests within 48 to 72 hours
• Provide clear, consolidated feedback

8. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain all rights to content you provide.

Our work: Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of the custom design and code created for your project.

Portfolio rights: We may display your project in our portfolio.

9. Refund policy

Before design begins: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours.

After design begins: Partial refund minus a design fee.

After final delivery: No refunds are available.
