How a project runs

Four steps, one person to talk to, and a preview link you can check whenever you like.

  1. Step 1: Tell me what you're building

Fill out a short quote request: what you need, who it's for, and any deadlines. It takes about five minutes.

  2. Step 2: Get a scoped quote

I read every request myself and reply, usually within one business day, with questions or a quote and a timeline.

  3. Step 3: Watch it come together

I direct the AI team through design, build and testing. You get a private preview link that updates as the work happens.

  4. Step 4: Launch and keep growing

I handle the domain, hosting and launch, then stay on for changes, new features and support.

Questions

How much does a project cost?

Every project is priced on its scope, so there's no price list. Tell me what you're building and I'll reply with a quote, usually within one business day. Because of how I work, most clients pay a fraction of what an agency would charge for the same build.

How can you cost so much less than an agency?

A traditional agency staffs a project with designers, developers, testers, writers and an account manager, and you pay for every one of their hours. I've built a system where AI specialists do much of that production work while I direct it and review every piece. Same scope and quality bar, far fewer billable hours. That's how projects come in up to 90% below what the same build cost ten years ago.

Is the work done by AI?

Partly, and on purpose. AI agents handle a lot of the drafting, coding and testing. I plan the project, make the design and technical decisions, review everything before you see it, and I'm the one you talk to the whole way. Nothing ships without my sign-off.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, and your quote includes a timeline. Smaller sites often take a few weeks; apps and platforms take longer. You can watch progress on a live preview link throughout.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Marketing sites, web apps, customer portals, booking systems, online stores, and AI features like assistants and automation. If it runs in a browser, ask.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the design, code and accounts are yours.

Can you work with my existing site or domain?

Yes. I can redesign or rebuild an existing site, keep your domain, and move your content over.

Do you offer hosting and ongoing support?

Yes, through Vercel Managed: hosting, monitoring, backups and ongoing changes. If you want it, it's included in your quote.

Tell me what you're building.

Send a few details and I'll reply with questions or a quote, usually within one business day.
